His solution was simple: one crew, all trades, owner on site. From the first walk-through to the last touch-up, Luis is the point of contact. No middle-manager markup, no ghosting after the deposit clears.
Before Apex, Luis spent over a decade building interiors across Metro Detroit. Flooring, tile, framing, drywall, finish carpentry, demolition. He's done the work himself, trained the crew himself, and stands behind every job with his name on it.
