Flooring
Hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, laminate, and tile flooring, installed flat, scribed clean, and finished to the baseboard. We handle subfloor prep, underlayment, transitions, and trim. Whether it's a single room or an entire multi-unit turnover, we lay floors flat and finish them clean.

Tile & backsplash
Kitchen backsplashes, full bathroom tile, large-format porcelain, mosaics, shower pans, and waterproofing. We set tile with lippage-free precision, grout lines you can sight down a hallway. Schluter systems, Kerdi boards, and proper waterproofing on every wet-area job.

Framing & drywall
Interior partitions, soffits, bulkheads, and full drywall: hang, tape, mud, and sand to a Level 5 finish where it matters. We frame new walls for remodels, close up openings, and make patches disappear under primer.

Finish carpentry

Interior demolition
Selective demolition for remodels and property turnovers: walls, flooring, cabinetry, fixtures. Plastic up, dust contained, dumpster staged, hauled off. The framers show up Monday on a prepped slab.

Bath & kitchen refresh
Mid-scope remodels without general-contractor markup. Tile, vanities, lighting, fixtures, and paint. One crew, start to finish. No chasing subs around the metro. A refreshed space that looks like a full remodel at half the timeline.
