Luis started Apex Construxive because he was tired of watching projects get passed between subs who didn't talk to each other, managed by GCs who never touched a tool. One crew, all trades, owner on site.

One crew, owner on site. Daily clean-up. Photos sent to you each phase so you always know where things stand.

Final walk-through together. Punch list closed before invoice. Touch-ups within the first month at no charge.
